These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 66kbd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the 66kbd website at 66kbd.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on sports, casino games, card games, or any other product offered on the Platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 66kbd platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform after reading or being notified of these Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the entire agreement.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the following supporting policies, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 66kbd:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, storage, and use of your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines the tools and obligations relating to safer gambling on the Platform.
• Any product-specific rules published on individual game pages or in the FAQ, including but not limited to cricket betting rules, slot game rules, and live casino table rules.
• Any promotional terms attached to bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or tournament prizes that are displayed at the time of the promotion.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule or promotional term, these Terms shall take precedence unless the product-specific document expressly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the 66kbd platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 66kbd operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts or participating in gambling activities, you are not eligible to use the platform.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether voluntarily applied through the 66kbd responsible gaming tools or through any other formal self-exclusion mechanism — at the time of registration or during any subsequent login.
• Sound mental capacity: You must not be accessing the platform under the influence of substances, in a state of mental impairment, or in circumstances that would compromise your ability to make informed decisions about your gambling activity.

66kbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, when processing withdrawal requests, or when account activity raises a verification flag. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

Any account found to have been registered or operated by an individual under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without advance notice. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, net of any amounts already wagered. Winnings accumulated on an underage account are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited in full.

To access the full range of products and services on 66kbd, you are required to create a personal player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and not misleading.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active player account on 66kbd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, 66kbd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with that individual, and to confiscate any balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable OTP (one-time password) verification on your account wherever offered.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including family members, friends, or customer support agents (66kbd staff will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 66kbd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

66kbd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials. Any wager placed using your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 66kbd prior to the wager being placed.

Account information updates, including changes to your registered mobile number or payment details, must be made through the official account settings page and may require re-verification of your identity.

All financial transactions on 66kbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits. All displayed prices, odds, balances, and transaction amounts are denominated in BDT.

Accepted deposit methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is displayed within the deposit interface and may vary by payment method. Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 15 minutes, you should contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requirements may include submission of identity and payment source documents.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST on any day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST are processed on the following business day.
• 66kbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold, as part of standard fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved, at 66kbd's sole discretion.

66kbd does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 66kbd's control. Players are responsible for any third-party fees applied by their bank or mobile financial service provider.

All wagers placed on 66kbd — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, or card games — are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any product-specific rules published on the relevant game or market page. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted on a wide range of cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series. Additional sports markets may be available from time to time. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, or BCCI). In the event of match abandonment or a result declared void by the governing body, affected bets will be settled according to the voiding rules specified on the relevant market page.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles on 66kbd use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by independent game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all games are statistically independent, random, and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player, the Platform, or any third party. Cancellation of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. If you believe a bet was placed in error, you must contact support immediately; however, 66kbd is under no obligation to reverse an accepted wager.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet placement, 66kbd will use all available server-side records to determine the state of the game at the time of the failure and settle the outcome accordingly. If a conclusive outcome cannot be determined from server records, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

66kbd offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Ramadan. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before the funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and time limit are stated on each promotional page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus Eligibility: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are available only to players who:

• Have completed account registration and age verification.
• Are accessing the promotion for the first time (for welcome/first-deposit bonuses).
• Have not previously abused bonus offers, as determined by 66kbd's internal review process.

Bonus Abuse: 66kbd strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through strategies designed to extract value without genuine recreational play. This includes, but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagers, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, withdrawing bonus funds before completing the stated wagering requirement, and any coordinated group strategy to abuse promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, 66kbd reserves the right to void all associated wagers, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and close the account.

66kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without advance notice, at its sole discretion. Promotion terms may be updated; the version in effect at the time of your opt-in to a promotion governs your participation in that specific offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66kbd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent account creation: Registering with false personal details, impersonating another individual, or using stolen identity documents to pass verification checks.
• Multiple account operation: Holding or operating more than one player account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Underage gambling: Registering or placing wagers while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating underage access to the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in card games, or agree to split winnings from live casino games in a manner designed to exploit the platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a way that is not consistent with normal human play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Intentionally exploiting any bug, glitch, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any gains derived from known errors must be reported to support immediately and will not be paid out.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Filing a fraudulent chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a bank or payment provider in relation to a completed deposit. Accounts subject to active chargeback disputes will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
• Money laundering: Using 66kbd to launder funds derived from any unlawful activity, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing any 66kbd employee, support agent, or other player through any communication channel associated with the platform.

This list is not exhaustive. 66kbd reserves the right to determine, in its sole reasonable judgment, whether any conduct not listed above is nevertheless harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games — and to take appropriate action accordingly.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your 66kbd account at any time by submitting a closure request through the account settings page or by contacting support via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to the standard withdrawal timeline. Any remaining account balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion, problem gambling concerns, or a cooling-off period — the closure will be processed immediately and with the highest priority. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be reopened for a minimum period of six months, regardless of any subsequent request from the account holder. Platform-Initiated Suspension: 66kbd reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Your account is subject to an active payment dispute, chargeback, or regulatory inquiry.
• You fail to provide identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Your account activity suggests a breach of these Terms, even if the investigation is still ongoing.

Platform-Initiated Permanent Closure: Following investigation, if a breach of these Terms is confirmed, 66kbd may permanently close the account. In such cases, the disposition of any account balance will depend on the nature of the breach: where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be withheld pending legal proceedings; where the breach does not involve criminal conduct, any uncontested balance will be returned after deduction of administrative costs incurred during the investigation.

Decisions regarding account closure may be appealed by contacting support at support@66kbd.app within 30 days of the closure notice. 66kbd will review the appeal and provide a final written determination within 14 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66kbd's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

66kbd shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — for any of the following categories of loss, even if 66kbd has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected earnings from any game, bet, or promotional offer.
• Loss of data, account access, or game progress resulting from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond 66kbd's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, game descriptions, or promotional materials.
• Losses caused by the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers over whom 66kbd does not exercise direct operational control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The 66kbd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that your device is adequately protected.

Amendments: 66kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a notice period. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at 66kbd.app/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — meaning a change that significantly affects player rights or obligations — 66kbd will notify registered players via an in-account notification or a message to the registered mobile number or email address on file. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Any failure by 66kbd to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of 66kbd's right to enforce that provision on any other occasion or to enforce any other provision of these Terms.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable product-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 66kbd with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
